Physical Training

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, public classes are suspended until further notice.

Virtual Classes

Public classes are done weekly with minimum class size of 15 and a maximum of 20 participants.  Booking are on a “first-come-first-served” basis.  If minimum size are not met, the class schedule will be move the week after. 

Exclusive class is available upon request with minimum class size of 10 and a maximum of 15 participants.  Booking can be done at least five (5) working days from date of target training date.
